About NTX
NTX offers IT services to SME and corporate customers. Their service offering primarily includes IT managed services, IT managed security, cloud solutions and software development.
The Group was formed late 2022 and consists of the companies Netflow (a Dovesco portfolio company since 2020), Netropolix and COVR. The group’s management is currently working towards a full integration to form one company.
Thanks to Dovesco we have been able to make two add-on acquisitions and strengthen the governance. It is clear that for Dovesco integration is absolutely necessary to create lasting value.
