Huge news from LS Bedding! LS Bedding is set to merge with the group centred around Ruf Betten and BRUNO! Dovesco congratulates the management on this successful merger and wishes them the best of luck!
As one of Europe’s leading independent private equity investment groups, Waterland will help LS Bedding realise its growth ambitions.
Waterland boasts a proven track record in the successful coaching of companies and by acquiring a stake in LS Bedding, Waterland aims to build a pan-European home of premium sleeping comfort brands.
At the start of the year Waterland also invested in two German sleep comfort companies, Ruf Betten and BRUNO.
The group aims to further accelerate its growth through strategic takeovers and continued internationalisation. The takeover of LS Bedding fits the bill perfectly.
For LS Bedding, renowned for its three brands Ergosleep, Magnitude and Nox, the takeover opens up promising prospects.
The future is looking especially bright for the Ergosleep brand that can now envisage a broader international rollout of its unique SLEEP DNA concept.
Waterland will acquire the shares of the Belgian investment group Dovesco as well as those of the current and previous management teams, both of whom will also re-invest in the new group.
The transaction should be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2022.
