Netflow Group, headquartered in Kruibeke and Cavere from Wuustwezel, on the one hand and Netropolix and COVR, headquartered in Geel, on the other, are merging into one new leading ICT company. Together they relieve mainly Belgian SMEs and larger companies of all their ICT worries, and provide both ICT and ERP support for medical professional organizations and medical congresses worldwide. After the merger, the new group will have more than 175 employees.

"In order to continue to position ourselves as a leading and trendsetting employer, economies of scale are indispensable. We want to offer an even more first-of-class employment experience for our employees. This increase in scale is also very positive for our customers. They can rest assured that we offer them a modern, secure and sustainable service in our ever faster changing ICT landscape," says Koen Vanlommel, CEO of Netropolix.
Tim Sleebus, CEO of COVR further adds: "Because we roughly double in size, we also have more opportunities to develop new services and further improve existing ones. In addition, Dovesco's support also gives us the opportunity to further develop our new group through targeted add-ons."
Caroline Lecoque, General Manager of Cavere, sees mainly new opportunities : "We will continue to serve our customers in the same typical way. At the same time, we can also call on all the support and additional knowledge from Geel, Kruibeke and Edegem so that we can focus 100% on our customers and employees. In this way, everyone benefits from this increase in scale and complementarity."
Wim Jacobs, CEO of Netflow, agrees with this enthusiasm: "Together we are a perfect match: our services to customers, our values as a company and our teams are extremely complementary. Our regions are also 100% in line with each other. Moreover, we can learn an enormous amount from each other and I am looking forward to writing this new chapter together with Koen, Tim and all employees. Maintaining our top customer service and our attractive work environment are the priority here. My thanks also go to Dovesco for actively helping to support our entrepreneurship."
Koen, Tim and Wim will jointly lead the new group as Managing Directors. The group will maintain its presence in Kruibeke, Geel, Edegem and Wuustwezel.
