GHENT – MAY 2025 Dovesco’s portfolio company NTX is advancing its growth strategy with two targeted acquisitions this month. On May 5, NTX acquired managed services specialist Integri, based in Temse, followed by the acquisition of cloud expert Datacore on May 20. With this dual move, NTX strengthens its position as a leading IT partner for mid-sized enterprises across the broader Oost-Vlaanderen–Antwerp–Kempen–Limburg region.
Integri: Strengthening data protection capabilities
Through the acquisition of Integri, a highly skilled team of system engineers with in-depth expertise in advanced data protection solutions joins NTX. Founders Kristof Poppe and Filip Van Cleemput remain fully involved and will lead a new competence center within NTX focused on helping clients further secure their data.
Datacore: Added scale in cloud services
With Datacore, NTX welcomes a team renowned for its personal approach and deep expertise in public cloud. Founder Bart Verhoeven will now head NTX’s Competence Center Public Cloud, and the entire Datacore team will relocate to the NTX campus in Kruibeke. Strengthened by Datacore, NTX now offers an even more comprehensive cloud portfolio – from on-premise and private cloud to an expanded public cloud offering – enabling NTX to meet every client need seamlessly.
“With Integri, we enhance our expertise in data protection; with Datacore, we increase our capabilities in public cloud solutions. Both organizations are well-established, share our vision, and are a perfect cultural fit with NTX. Together, we are building a future-proof IT ecosystem for our clients.” Koen Vanlommel, CEO & Managing Director, NTX
Dovesco on NTX’s growth trajectory
As an active shareholder, Dovesco supports NTX’s ambitious growth plans, in which targeted acquisitions go hand in hand with a strong focus on human integration and shared values. With the addition of Integri and Datacore, NTX now counts around 200 employees across its locations in Geel, Kruibeke, Edegem, and Wuustwezel, and remains ready to support Belgian SMEs in their digital transformation.
